| info We are a registered charity, which provides a much used transport service to enable people to maintain their independence. The charity runs two tail-lift minibuses – one is leased from Devon County Council the other is being funded by charitable trusts and fundraising.
The Ring & Ride service is funded by a school contract, Devon County Council, East Devon District Council, Town and Parish Councils in addition to other funds we have to raise locally. The Budleigh Community Bus is funded by local charitable donations in addition to any funds we can raise. Our services cost in excess of £100,000 per annum with £12,000 income from fares. All this money has to be raised annually to ensure our services continue.
